Baal Shalisha is a town near Har Ephraim (the mountains of Ephraim).
Currently identified with Hirbet Marjama, next to Ein Samia (Z. Kalai).
Food was brought from Baal Shalisha to the students of the prophet Elisha (II Kings 4, 42).
